Depending on how you appreciate your matcha our 30g pouch makes approximately
Light : 30 servings (1g/cup)
Strong : 15 servings (2g/cup)
PREP
1. Measure 1 dose of matcha
2. Sift it gently into a matcha bowl
3. Add 30ml of hot not boiling water (70°C)
4. Blend together using a bamboo whisk doing an M shape until a homogenous foam appears on the surface
STORAGE
Keep away from light, humidity, air. Once opened, seal back and store in the refrigerator.
