USE
1. Measure 1 dose of matcha
2. Sift it gently into a matcha bowl
3. Add 30ml of hot not boiling water (70°C)
4. Blend together using a bamboo whisk doing an M shape until a homogenous foam appears on the surface

STORAGE
Use a kuse-naoshi stand to keep your chasen in perfect condition and shape. Store it in a cool, dry place.
Because bamboo is a material that naturally retains moisture, to prevent the chasen from mold and breaking, we strongly recommend getting a bamboo whisk holder to air dry it nicely after every use.
